Derbies and big European games: A busy April awaits for Milan’s teams

We are now into April, and we have entered an action-packed month that will see big games played across various competitions and teams.

As the official website writes, April sees the start of the final run to the finish line of the 2023-24 season and they have outlined the games that each team at Milan will play.

Men’s first team

Milan will be involved in six games: four in the league and two in the Europa League.

Serie A

➤ Matchday 31, AC Milan v Lecce, Saturday 6 April at 15:00 CEST – San Siro

➤ Matchday 32, Sassuolo v AC Milan, Sunday 14 April at 15:00 CEST – Mapei Stadium

➤ Matchday 33, AC Milan v Inter, Monday 22 April at 20:45 CEST – San Siro

➤ Matchday 34, Juventus v AC Milan, 27/28 April (TBD) – Allianz Stadium

Europa League

➤ Quarter-finals (first leg), AC Milan v Roma, Thursday 11 April at 21:00 CEST – San Siro

➤ Quarter-finals (second leg), Roma v AC Milan, Thursday 18 April at 21:00 CEST – Stadio Olimpico

Women’s first team

There are games on the calendar for the Rossonere, who will finish the first half of the second phase of the season.

➤ Matchday 5 (Relegation Round), Sampdoria v AC Milan, Sunday 21 April at 12:30 CEST – Sciorba Stadium, Genova

Primavera

Abate’s side began with a win over Juventus today, the first of a number of big games to try and secure a spot in the Scudetto play-offs. The key moment in April, though, will undoubtedly be the Final Four of the UEFA Youth League in Nyon.
