AC Milan continued their theme of exploiting attacking set pieces as Olivier Giroud scored to put them back in the lead against Juventus.
Just over six minutes before the break, Milan got their lead back. A corner from the right side was taken short and whipped in by Pulisic before being headed down by Thiaw to Giroud who was stood in acres of space. The Frenchman volleyed in first time with Juventus players adamant he was offside, but replays showed he was well onside.

Loftus cheek looks great man, I’m surprised. I hope he can stay healthy because for a big man he can move! Pulisic is a quality player period. His deliveries is something we’ve been missing for many years.
Reijnders has looked calm and kept it simple. He made a great run past players Nd almost picked out a beautiful pass for giroud.
Thiaw is Soo good man. A goal and an assist! All in all they’ve played well, will definitely take some time to get used to this formation and new players.
It’s always funny when the defensive player keeping the offensive player onside is the one asking for offside.
Miretti on the bottom is like 5 meters in front of Giroud, watches Giroud scores and raises his hand asking for offside, even goes to talk to the linesman

Loftus Cheek really did give a good impression. Wow. Quality even beyond what I thought. We aren’t even playing our full strength squad just yet either. Chukwueze in particular I want to see!
Finally we are converting setpieces, reminds me of some 2 guys the past 2 seasons their setpieces were a waste of time
Yes I agree I think Loftus Cheek has got awesome speed and strength,,,just hope he stays fit ,but signs are promising,,,pulisic will do well ,but doesn’t seem completely match fit ..What can I say about that man Olivier Giroud…yes did not have a great match ,but scored a goal again ..He will go on to score around 20 goals in all competitions,,,so that’s not a bad return .
He had got so much technical ability inside the 18 yard area and that’s when he is his most dangerous..
Olivier needs pace around him and he has got that in abundance with the quick players we have such as Loftus cheek ,pulisic .and of course rafael leao .
So this team we have will score goals ,that’s for certain. We just have to make sure that we do not concede to many goals from set pieces..
We will challenge for honours this season .

Just believe .We have got a great manager in pioli and a great team squad …just wait until the season actually begins,,it takes a while before new players settle in .
